We operate from the Financial hub of India, Mumbai. We operate online. So we do not have any physical store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We have 2 options :

1. Prepaid

Free shipping on prepaid orders.

Payment methods: UPI, Paytm, GooglePay, PhonePe, Visa, Debit and Credit cards - Mastercard, American Express.

What is the delivery time?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, we operate online from Mumbai.

In Mumbai : 1-2 days

In Maharashtra : 2-3 days

Non Maharashtra : 3-7 days

So in general it will take 2-7 days depending on your location. Jammu & Kashmir, north eastern states might take 1-2 days extra.

Do we offer returns/exchange?

We offer a check-in warranty. Free replacement if a damaged or defective piece is received.

Terms :
1. Unboxing video to be shared with us on Instagram @gadgetkart.india OR WhatsApp +91 8454850795.

2. Need to send the unboxing video showing defects or damage on the delivery date.

Later, upon verification, we will initiate a replacement, which will be free of cost.

No returns are allowed. No exchange is only possible if a damaged or defective piece has been received since the delivery date.

Why no full COD (Cash on delivery)?

Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available because :

1. We have to pay full to courier while shipping

2. Also if you don’t collect order, it will be our loss as shipping charge on both forward and backward delivery.

This is why we take ₹99 online.

COD orders can be placed through the website, and then you need to send a screenshot of your order on WhatsApp +91 8454850795 to us to complete the ₹99 payment.

However, Prepaid orders can be placed from a website, and then no verification is needed.

Do you offer Open Box Delivery?

No, at this moment, we do not offer open-box delivery.

We ship via Bluedart / Ekart in the majority of cases, and they do not offer that to us.

The reason they state is that many courier boys in the chain can steal the products, so it is not possible to offer open-box delivery.
